Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Union Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilisers Hansraj Gangaram Ahir and BJP national secretary Siddhartha Singh would join the BJP Vikash Utsav to be held at the Town Hall here onJune 14 (Monday).
BJP spokesperson and Ganjam-in-charge Golak Mohaptra informed this at a Press meet held here on Sunday afternoon.
“The aim of the Vikash Utsav is to make two years’ performances of the Narendra Modi-led Central Government reach the intellectual masses,” said Mohapatra.
He too informed that further steps would be taken at the Utsav to strengthen the party in Ganjam district as it is the home turf of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
BJP president Kanhucharan Pati presided over the meeting.
