Morcha president Smruti Pattanaik said, “We will stage demonstrations at various places across the State from today till 12 January. Moreover, we will organise sit in protests at the Collectorates in all districts from January 12 to 15 demanding justice for the Nayagarh minor girl and other missing children.” “Besides, during the protest, we will be offering diyas at temples across 7,000 panchayats, 2,500 municipalities and NACs in the State,” she added. The BJP would continue its protest until the State Government brings Special Investigation Team (SIT) chief Arun Bothra and Minister Arun Sahoo under the ambit of the probe into the murder, Patnaik said.
