Union Petroleum and Natural Gas and Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday said that the BJP would continue making efforts to achieve its “Mission 120+” in the State in coming days.

“The Mission 120 Mission will remain until it is not achieved by the BJP. We will continue making efforts to achieve it,” said Pradhan after being felicitated by party leaders here.

He said the BJP has emerged as the main Opposition party by the blessings of Lord Jagannath. About one crore people trusted Narendra Modi and voted for the BJP. They sent eight MPs to Delhi to fight for their cause. “Odia people have given a befitting reply to those who were boisterously expecting to win all 21 MP seats,” he said.

Pradhan said a special package would be announced for development of tourism sector in the State. Besides, Odisha would be made the main centre of steel production in the country.

Union Minister of State for MSME, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Pratap Chandra Sarangi, who was also felicitated along with Pradhan, said all small and medium industries, ravaged by the Cyclone Fani, would be renovated soon.

Earlier, Pradhan and Sarangi had been given grand receptions by BJP workers and leaders on their arrival at the Biju Patnaik International Airport in the morning.
