The BJP on Saturday revoked the suspension order on 11 party leaders, including senior leader and former Sambalpur MlA and former Minister Jaynarayan Mishra.
BJP State president Basant Panda announced that the party has revoked Mishra’s suspension after he admitted his mistake and said that he would follow and work as per the party guidelines.
Nine Zilla Parishad (ZP) members of Sambalpur district, newly-elected ZP President Radhashyam Barik and BJP State executive member Nauri Nayak were also suspended from the party for six years for disobeying the decision of the party leadership, disrespecting the party symbol and humiliating the party State vice-president Samir Mohanty in March.
