The BJP Government at the Centre during it four years tenure has made many promises but has misused power to flout the Constitutional norms and is trying to impose a Hindu fascist rule, rued CPI(Ml) liberation State secretary and Central Committee member Yudhisthir Mahapatra on Saturday.
PM Modi breaking the traditions of Parliament engaged the entire Central Cabinet for the party’s interests in the Gujarat elections. The enforcement of GST at midnight is a Constitutional aberration, said State Committee member Ashok Pradhan.
Visiting the neighbouring country without consulting the External Affairs Minister, changing the names of different institutions, weakening the rights of Adivasis and dalits in the Constitution, displays his mentality of weakening the constitutional processes, Pradhan said.
