The BJD has always neglected Pipili. Late MLA Pradeep Maharathy was not able to do any development work in this constituency, said BJP Odisha in-charge Daggubati Purandeswari on Thursday while campaigning for her party in Pipli.
She said unemployment is the biggest problem in the area. Many people are migrating outside the State.
In the coming days these problems would not be witnessed. For the development of Pipili, the people would definitely bless BJP candidate Ashrit Pattanayak.
The BJD only indulges in vote bank politics in the name of women. After the elections, it forgets about women. On the contrary, the BJP always give respect to women. Odisha has become the crime capital and crimes against women have increased.
Besides, the State Government is not taking any step against child trafficking, Purandeswari alleged.
