In an act of protest, BJP members led by Goutam Samantray did ‘fishing’ in a huge pothole in the middle of a busy damaged road here and urged the authorities to get the road repaired immediately. The road to Ambaguda from the highway is damaged; and despite repeated complaints, the authorities are yet to repair it, as a result of which commuters are suffering a lot. Samantray said that now due to monsoon rains the road condition has worsened. If no repair work is done on a war footing, the BJP would block the road, for which the administration would be responsible.
