Former BJP State vice-president Ramachandra Kar passed away on Monday at his residence here. He was 87.Party president KV Singh Deo expressed deep grief over Kar’s demise. In his condolence message, Singh Deo said Kar was a sincere and disciplined worker of the party.
He had adopted social service as the prime aim of his political life. The State lost a senior leader with his death, Singh Deo said.Senior party leaders like Biswa Bhusan Harichandan, Prasanna Kumar Mishra,
