State BJP president KV Singh Deo on Monday said that elaborate arrangements were being made to hold Vijay Sankalp Samavesh at Sambalpur on March 14 in which BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi would address the public.
Giving details of Modi's programme at a Press conference here, Singh Deo said Modi would reach the PHD ground, Ainthapalli in Sambalpur about 11 am on March 14, where he will address a large gathering at 1.30 pm.
People from five lok Sabha constituencies - Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Bargarh, Balangir and Kalahandi - will come to the rally. Besides, people from Boudh will also participate in the gathering, said Singh Deo.
With the success of the Modi's Bhubaneswar rally, Singh Deo hoped that the Sambalpur rally would help the party get large success in the ensuing elections across western Odisha districts. To a question on the possibility of Modi's contesting from Odisha, Singh Deo did not rule out the possibility.
