The BJP on Thursday demanded that the State Government implement the 7th Pay Commission recommendations also for block grant teachers, revenue Amalas, UlB and corporation employees, Gaon Sahti, Asha Workers, contractual workers and all other employees who are serving under different Government programmes.
“The State Government announced the 7th Pay Commission for regular employees but forgot the plight of the block grant teachers, UlB and corporation employees, Asha Workers, Gaon Sathis and Ambulance staffs who are leading miserable life,” alleged Panda at a Press conference here.
Alleging that the State Government has adopted a partial attitude, Panda said, “There is no dearth of sources for increasing in revenue. But the State Government has no willpower and is hoodwinking people.”He demanded that the State Government should announce benefits under the 7th Pay Commission for the block grant teachers and other low paid employees at the earliest.
