The ruling BJD on Wednesday formed an 11-member State-level committee for smooth management of the forthcoming urban local body (UlB) elections for the party.
Finance Minister Prasanna Acharya, Panchyati Raj Minister Kalpataru Das, Agriculture Minister Debi Prasad Mishra, Government Deputy Chief Whip in the Assembly Sanjay Dasburnma, Pramila Mallick, Amar Satpathy, Padmanav Behera, Pratap Jena, Nagendra Pradhan, Ramamurti Gamango and Munna Khan are the members of the committee. Chief Minister and party supremo Naveen Patnaik approved the committee.
