“I am feeling better now. I will return to Odisha after some days,” Biswal told reports.

Biswal was earlier undergoing treatment at the SCB Medical College Hospital in Cuttack before being shifted to the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre on July 7 for better treatment.

The Orissa High Court had granted the MlA conditional bail on June 26 against cash security of Rs 20 lakh and two solvent securities of Rs 5,000 each in a chit fund case.

Biswal was arrested by the CBI on September 19 last year from his Mahanadi Vihar residence in Cuttack for his alleged complicity in the Seashore Group chit fund scam.

On September 25, as his health condition deteriorated, a panel of doctors comprising of orthopaedic, medicine, surgery and cardiology specialists treating him at the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar recommended for his shifting to the SCB Medical College Hospital.
