Senior BJD leader and State Planning Board Vice-Chairman Bishnu Charan Das was admitted to the Apollo Hospitals here after he was taken ill on Tuesday evening.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Pratap Jena visited the hospital and inquired about Das’ health condition from doctors.
Many BJD leaders too rushed to the hospital and wished him speedy recovery.
