It is understood from sources of a city-based private hospital that Tirtol MLA and senior BJD leader Bishnu Charan Das has recovered from an acute critical illness afflicting him over the last few months when he was hardly able to campaign during the elections.
Doctors have freed him from the hospital declaring that he is all hale and hearty by now.
On being contacted, Das told The Pioneer, “I am fit now to serve the people of the State and especially the people of my constituency Tirtol and of my district Jagatsinghpur as a whole.”
