Hundreds of people from 17 districts participated in a bike rally, which was organised here by the Odisha Shramajeebee Manch (OSM) and the Mahila Shramajeebee Manch, Odisha (MSMO) as part of their month-long State-wide campaign on education and health. While Rayagada MLA Makaranda Muduli flagged off a district-level rally in Rayagada, Chitrakonda MLA Purna Chandra Baka inaugurated a rally at Govindpali of Malkangiri.
The campaign named “Shiksha Swasthya Ama Adhikar, Jabab Dia “Mo Sarkar” aims to raise awareness among masses on their rights and entitlements especially on health and education by conducting meetings, organising cycle and bike rallies, street plays and engagement with PRI members, MLAs and MPs to highlight the gaps in RTE implementation, school closures and failing state of healthcare in the State.
