State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (SCPD) Sulochana Das, District Social Security Officer Sanyasi Behera, Shantidham Foundation chairman Soubhagya Routray and National Association for Blind Odisha Branch general secretary Ajay Kumar Samal attended as guests.
Utkal Blind Association founder and general secretary Binod Bihari Sahu was felicitated and blankets were distributed to visually- challenged people. Trust chairman Prakash Kumar Mahapatra and social activists Trilochan Behura and Jitendra Routray coordinated the programme.
