Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday appealed to all kindhearted people of the State to come forward voluntarily and actively join the State Government’s fight against coronavirus.
“In our society, there are many people who are interested to actively join the fight against Covid-19,” said Patnaik.
He said that those who want them to engage as Covid warriors in the effort to contain the spread of the pandemic can register themselves in the portal -- cobvidsangramee.odisha.gov.in.
The Chief Minister said the coronavirus pandemic has posed a great challenge across the globe. To successfully combat the unprecedented epidemic, there is a need for voluntary Covid warriors across the State, he said.
In the meantime, many international and social organisations have voluntarily come forward to help the Government, added Patnaik.
