The Balasore Alloys observed the first quality month at its plants at Sukinda, Kaliapani mines and here in November. The company adopted “One team one dream” for unity of entire workforce for activity, vision of the company, which has adopted the USA model, Malcom business excellence to drive excellence in the entire organisation.
Various events such as theme based poster competition, TPM competition, Six Sigma competition, quality quiz, IMS quiz and Kaizen competition were organised in these locations. A large number of employees and executives participated in the events.
On Friday, the programme concluded after prize distribution at the plant. The event began with the hoisting of quality flag at the Balasore Alloys plant by managing director Anil Surekha .
District Collector Pramod Das and Divysh Mittal were the guests at the function. Among others, Director G Janarthanam , vice president Swarup Panda and executives Harikrushna Sahu , Gurjit Singh , Dhiren Kumar Nath , Rajiv Mohapatra , Tilak Thapa and Sanjay Acharya were present .
The programmes were coordinated by Vikash Sahu , Poonam Wagnoo , Ragvendra and Sujit Behera.
