The Bahuda Yatra of lord Jagannath, lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra, was held at the Shrivanikhetra of KISS here on Thursday. All the rituals like Mangala Arati, Mailama, Tadapalagi, Rosha Homa, Abalkasha, Surya Pooja and Dwarapala Pooja were held early in the morning. Pahandi Bije of the trinity was performed in the afternoon after Chhera Pahanra by KIIT and KISS founder Achyuta Samanta. later, pulling of the three chariots from the Shri Gundicha Temple to the Shrivanikshetra of the KISS began at 5pm. Thousands of devotees, staffs and students of the KISS and KIIT gathered to see the Bahuda Yatra. Several programmes like Bhajana Samaroh by different musical groups from the State and outside and Prabachana were organised between the Rath Yatra and Bahuda Yatra.
