A one-day capacity-building programme for members of village-level Child Protection Committee to prevent child against various abuses in India was organised by the World Vision, Germany and the PECUC, Bhubaneswar, at Baliapal, recently.
Inaugurating programme CDPO Tanushree Mishra called for concerted efforts to reduce child marriage, child labour, trafficking and child sexual abuse. He said role of members of the village level child protection committee is important in this regard.
