A voters’ list correction meeting was held at the Bargarh district Collectorate here on Sunday under chairmanship of Collector Indramani Tripathy. During the programme, the denizens were encouraged to come forward and authenticate existing electoral details by giving copy of any one of documents like passport, driving licence, Aadhaar and ration card as approved by the commission. Tripathy said house- to -house verification would be also conducted by the BLOs and sought the cooperation of leaders of all political parties to make a faultless voter list of Bargarh. Representatives from political parties, the Bargarh and Padampur Sub-Collector, BDOs, Bargarh Municipality Executive Officer and various departmental heads were present.
