The Navnirman Krushak Sangathan on Sunday demanded attachment of properties of Barimula-based controversial spiritual leader Srimad Sarathi in Kendrapada district. Sarathi Baba was arrested on Saturday for cheating people.In a Press release, Sangathan State coordinator Akshaya Kumar demanded that the Government take step to return the villager’s encroached farm land on which the ashram was built. Maintaining that the Chief Minister must apologise people for police brutality, Kumar demanded immediate suspension of former Kendrapada SP Satish Kumar Gajbhiey.
