The Bharat Bandh called by Congress and other parties on Monday against the monstrous hike of fuel prices was peaceful in Athagarh.
Under the leadership of OPCC secretary Uma Ballav Rath, the Congress workers held picketing in a peaceful manner at various locations in the town and gave anti-Government slogans.
