The Astha School of Management organised Prakalpa, a State-level best Summer Internship Programme (SIP) contest among students of various management institutes at its campus here, recently.
Students from over 50 institutes participated in the event by sending their SIP reports, of which only 15 shortlisted students were asked to give PP presentations before a distinguished jury. The winner of the contest was awarded with a cash prize of `10,000 while the runner-up was given a cash award `5,000 during the valediction ceremony.
The programme aimed at nurturing research ability among young students and providing a platform to corporate houses to supplement their CSR initiatives in promoting education and research.
