In a minor reshuffle in the IAS level, the State Government has appointed 1993- batch IAS officer Ashok Kumar Meena as Finance Principal Secretary and incumbent ACS Finance Tuhin Kanta Pandey as Principal Resident Commissioner (PRC), New Delhi.
Pandey, a 1987-batch IAS officer, served the Finance Department more than two long years before his new posting. He replaced VK Saxena, who superannuated on November 30.
Besides, 2002-batch IAS Girish SN has been appointed as Special Secretary, General Administration. He would will handle sensitive service matters and land administration.
Similarly, 2005-batch IAS Debendra Kumar Jena, Additional Secretary Planning and Convergence, has been appointed as Managing Director, OSCB.
