Followers of jailed god man Asaram Bapu on Monday rubbished the sexual assault charge against Bapu by a girl of Sahajanpur in Uttar Pradesh. Staging a demonstration by singing bhajans of Bapu in front of the State Assembly, the devotees urged the public to know the reality before raising finger at the spiritual leader.
“Why the girl registered the case after five daysIJ As per reports, the incident happened in Jodhpur in Rajasthan. But why the girl lodged the FIR in New DelhiIJ In the FIR, the girl stated that her mother was nearby while Bapu was making advances and she shouted for help. If so, why did not her mother come to her rescueIJ So it is an attempt to malign a spotless spiritual leader,” the followers claimed.
