Effecting a minor reshuffle at the Secretary level, State Government on Friday shifted Aparajita Sarangi for the third time in 16 months.
According to a notification issued by the General Administration Department, Panchyati Raj Secretary Aparajita Sarangi was transferred and posted as Secretary of Handloom and Textile with additional charge of Administrative Reforms.
Sarangi had been transferred from the School and Mass Education as Secretary of Higher Education in January 2012 and against shifted to the Panchyati Raj Department in July 2012.
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Department Secretary Deoranjan Kumar Singh has been transferred and posted as Secretary of Pachayati Raj in place of Sarangi.
Alekh Padhiary, Commissioner Consolidation, has been given additional charge of Public Grievance and Pension Department.
BDA Secretary Siba Prasad Das has been transferred as Secretary of Parliamentary Affairs with additional charge as Secretary of State Housing Board. Special Secretary of MSME Panchanan Dash has been elevated to the post of Secretary of the department.
