In an effort to capture the natural beauty of the long sea beach of Gopalpur at the early morning, a number of amateur photographers and photo enthusiasts organised the first-ever ‘Photo Walk’, which opened a new chapter in the photography movement of Silk City Brahmapur.
led by Dr Jyoti Prasad Patnaik, an ace photographer, the team reached the beach at around 5.30 am on Friday to catch glimpses of the rising Sun and the mesmerising scene at the virgin beach.
“The endeavour was for social and learning experience to bring more and more enthusiasts, learners, hobbyists and loyalists of the photography,” said Dr Patnaik, who is a physician by profession and is active in social networking media like facebook.
Those who joined the event included Sarabjit Singh, Abhisek Panda, Sujit Kumar Parichha, Sangram Kesari Sahu and Ajit Kumar Parichha.
