The Odisha Durneeti Sangharsa Mancha (ODSM), Bhubaneswar, undertook a plantation drive at Adruta, an orphanage for destitute girl children, in Kantabada village near the city. The Mancha also donated dry ration items and vegetables for the inmates. Mancha chairman Dr Nandanandan Das, State general secretary Dr Jagabandhu Sarangi, treasurer Amir Prasad Sahu, members Banaja Tripathy, Upasana Rao, Khitish Paltasingh, Dinabandhu Sarangin, N V Choudhury, Kamini Samantaray, Prasanna Ku Tripathy and former District Judge Uma Charan Mishra and Sudhir Mohanty were present. Necessary support was given by Dr Aditya Kumar Mohanty, founder of Adruta, and their staff members.
