The Association for Odisha Real Estate Developers (AFORD) on Tuesdayannounced about holding of an AFORD Home Expo 2017 at the Janata Maidan here fromFebruary 3 to 5.

Keeping in mind the current market scenario and demonetisation and customer’s requirement, we have tried to showcase maximum ready to move and affordable flats,” said AFORD president Umesh Pattanik at a Press meet here.

“The Smart City is growing in every direction and a customer can get a variety of options in his or her preferred location. We always emphasise on ethics and transparency in our dealings. However, we need the support from the Government to achieve the affordable housing agenda. The Government policy should be suitable for the developers’ as well as the customers.” added Pattanik.

State Bank of India (SBI) DGM (B and O) Prakash Chandra Sahoo said most of the people have their dream home in the State capital. So, this expo is an excellent platform to search for their dream house. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana the interest of the housing loan would be paid to the developer in advance.
