The Aditya Aluminum at lapanga in Sambalpur district observed the Safety Day in the plant premises on March 4. Company head Bibhu Mishra and Deputy Director, Factories and Boilers, Abani Kumar Nayak as chief guest inaugurated the function.
An exhibition was held on the occasion where information on safety tools was given. All employees wore safety badge and took safety oath. Several competitions including quiz and drama were held and the successful ones were awarded.
The Best Safety Engineer Award and Best Safety worker Award were given away. Among others, power plant head Susant Guru and smelter head Kailash Pande spoke. Girish Tanti gave vote of thanks.
