Vigilance sleuths on Monday trapped Garadapur Additional Tehsildar Umesh Kumar lenka while he was taking bribe of `3,000.
lenka had demanded the bribe from one Jugala Kishore Mahali of Nadiabarei village in the district for providing him new land records of rights, informed Kendrapada Vigilance DSP Ananta Narayan Mohanty.
