The Jhinti Sasan-based Trahi Achyuta ashram's assets have been valued at Rs20.66 crore, said sources.
The assets of the ashram taken for valuation included a temple, Pothighara and cow shelter centre. The valuation was done jointly by the Crime Branch, the Works and the Archaeology departments, sources added.
Meanwhile, 91 acres land owned by the ashram has been traced so far, said the CB sources, adding that the land holdings might increase further.
In a related development, the Khordha district administration on Saturday removed encroachment of Trahi Achyuta ashram spread across 1.5 acres of land at Ghangapatna in Chandka area.
Four houses and a yagna mandap built on the encroached land were also demolished.
