As many as 50 Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) members were detained after they clashed with police near the residence of the School and Mass Education Minister on Friday.
The students’ organisation members tried to forcibly barged into the official residence of Minister Badri Narayan Patra after the question paper of the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations went viral. They scuffled with the police personnel after being prevented from entering the premises of the Minister’s residence.
The ABVP would soon intensify the protest if no action is taken against the persons involved in the question paper leak incident, said ABVP State secretary Sashikant Mishra.
