The Odisha Rajiv Gandhi Students’ Forum in association with the Rajiv Gandhi Study Circle organised a State-level Rajiv Gandhi Prativa Puraskar Utsav to mark the 23rd birth anniversary of the late former Prime Minster on Wednesday.
A total of 92 students from various schools and universities of the State were felicitated with the Rajiv Gandhi Prativa Puraskar on the occasion for their remarkable achievements in various disciplines.Speakers opined that Rajiv Gandhi has become an ideal for the generation of youths by providing them the right to vote and creating an era of technology. The event, chaired by Forum State head Satyabrata Nayak, was attended by Ravenshaw University Vice-Chancellor Prof BC Tripathy, SOA University VC Dr RP Mohanty, Paryabekhyak editor Dr Pabitra Mohan Samantaray and Col Sandip Parija, among others.
