Seven major industries and corporate houses, including State and Central PSUs, have begun operating their Covid Care Centres (CCCs) for their personnel in accordance with the State Government’s recent directive.
This was known from a review meeting held by Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy on Tuesday. Tripathy asked the other industrial units to operationalise their CCCs within July 25.
The units, which have set up CCCs are Tata Power at Jajpur and Duburi, Grasim Industries at Ganjam, Rourkela Steel Plant, IOCL at Paradip, Mahanadi Coalfields at Lakhanpur and Jindal Stainless at Jajapur Road.
