In yet another poll-related seizure, the Bhatli police recovered 59 more bags of country-made liquor pouches from the Jyalla Club at Hadasankri village under the Bhatli Assembly constituency in Bargarh district on Saturday.
The Sohela police had seized 95 bags of such liquor pouches from BJD candidate and sitting MlA Sushant Singh’s village Bausenmora on Friday. The bags seized on Saturday contained more than 8,850 pouches worth Rs 1.32 lakh, police sources said.A case has registered and no one has been arrested in relation to the seizure. More investigation is going on, said Bhatli PS IIC Haribandhu Gadatia.
