life Insurance Companies, including the National Insurance, New India Assurance, ICICI lambard, Bajaj Allianz, IFFCO Tokyo, Shreeram General, Cholla Mandalam, Furay General and Royal Sundaram, agreed to pay a total of Rs1,40,26,000 towards compensation in 53 motor accident cases disposed of at the monthly National lok Adalat held here on Saturday.
The lok Adalat was organised on behalf of the District legal Service Authority. Among others, Additional District Judge Asim Kumar Dalabehera, Chief Judicial Magistrate Rekha Prasa, Civil Court Registrar Mamita Das, Additional Judge Ranjan Kumar Sutar, District legal Service Authority Secretary Aravinda Rath,
SDJM Pradeep Kumar Samal, JMFC Biswajeet Nayak, Seenada Sahu, Sushree P Sujata, Special Judicial Magistrate Ravinda Bhattacharya, heard and disposed the motor accident cases.
