In a bureaucratic reshuffle, the State Government entrusted new charges to five senior IAS officers on Monday.
1987-batch officer Raj Kumar Sharma, who is currently posted as ACS, Steel and Mines Department, has been shifted as Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC).
1991-batch officer Anu Garg, who currently serves as Principal Secretary, Labour and ESI Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary of WCD and Mission Shakti, has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, WCD and Mission Shakti.
Satyabrata Sahu of Garg’s batch, who serves as Principal Secretary, MSME Department, has been given an additional charge of Principal Secretary, School and Mass Education Department.
1993-batch Surendra Kumar, who is now Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, has been shifted as Principal Secretary, Steel and Mines Department with additional charge of Chairman, Cuttack Development Authority (CDA).
1995-batch officer Chithra Arumugam, who currently serves as Principal Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, has been appointed Principal Secretary, Labour and ESI Department.
