Bargarh district Collector Jyotiranjan Pradhan on Sunday ordered a five-day shutdown in the district Headquarters Hospital (DHH) at Khedapali here after a Covid warrior was found corona positive. The DHH would remain shut down till July 23. The hospital has been Sanitised, said CDMO Dr BB Meher.
The patients of the medical have been shifted to the VIMSAR, Burla and the old Government Hospital at Bargarh town.
The Mukesh Pali Clinic and Mukesh Medical Store of Bargarh, with which the corona fighter was in close contact, have also been shut down for five days. And those who were in contact with the concern fighter were kept in an isolation centre and in home quarantine, said Dr Meher.
