Six persons, including four from Odisha, were arrested at Indore in Madhya Pradesh along with demonetised notes worth over Rs 1 crore on Sunday.
According to reports, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ruchivardhan Mishra informed this to mediapersons. The other two persons belonged to Gwalior.
Miscreants smuggle the demonetized notes to countries like Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan, according to sources.
