State Capital city Bhubaneswar on Saturday registered 374 new Covid-19 positive cases, with which the total tally rose to 88,862.
Out of the new cases, 297 were local contacts and 77 were quarantine cases.
The local contacts included 23 cases in Chandrasekharpur, 19 in Khandagiri, 10 each in Dumduma and Patia and nine in Baramunda.
Currently, the active cases stood at 1,484 in the city.
So far, 430 persons have succumbed to the disease.
However, 389 patients recovered on the day, increasing the total recoveries to 86,927.
