Acting on a tipoff, a special team of the Balangir police on Saturday night raided the house of Santosh Nayak of Titiligarh and arrested 32 persons for gambling.
The police seized a total of Rs 75,127, hundreds of playing cards, 18 mobile phones, 14 two-wheelers and a bicycle from their possession and sealed the gambling den.
A case has been registered under Section 3 of the OPG Act, informed Balangir SP Madkar Sandeep Sampat at a Press meet here.
The SP too informed that awareness progammes would be undertaken to inform public about traffic rules and steps would be taken in coordination with the Labour Department to check distress migration from the district.
