Bhubaneswar on Tuesday registered 317 new Covid-19 positive cases, with which the total tally in the city increased to 91,958.Out of the new cases, 243 were local contacts and 74 quarantine cases.
The local contacts included 17 cases in Patia, 14 each in Sundarpada and Khandagiri, 10 in Dumduma and nine each in Nayapalli and Chandrasekharpur. Currently, the active cases stood at 1,128 in the city.Meanwhile, five more patients succumbed to the disease, mounting the total death toll to 480 in the city.However, 331 persons recovered on the day, increasing the total recoveries to 90,329.
