The Union Government has sanctioned opening of three more Post Office Passport Seva Kendras (POPSKs) in the State.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has informed this to Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in a letter.
“I am pleased to inform you that, as desired by you, we have decided to open ‘Post Office Passport Seva Kendras’ in Baleswar, Brahmapur and Bhawanipatna,” the letter read.
It may be noted that Pradhan had written to Swaraj in May in this regard while thanking her for opening of three POPSKs earlier.
