Three persons were killed as a speeding oil tanker collided head-on with an auto-rickshaw near Jhinjarbadi village under Rayagada district’s Chandili police limits on Saturday afternoon. The deceased were identified as auto-rickshaw driver B Madhu and two automobile mechanics belonging to Muniguda. Efforts were on to trace out the tanker driver who fled the area soon after the incident, police said.
