Three girl students of the Government Girls’ High School at Kabisuryanagar in Ganjam district who had gone missing on Wednesday were rescued from the Brahmapur railway station here by their parents on Thursday.
The girls had gone to their school on Wednesday but did not return. Their parents and family members made a thorough search but could not find them. On Thursday, they found them at the railway station. However, no complaint has been lodged in the police station by the parents in this regard.
A teacher of the school said the three students attended classes on Wednesday and were present still the last class. Non filing of complaints and the nondisclosure of the reason for their sudden disappearance from the school, however, have surprised the villagers.
