People in Madanmohan Lane and adjoining areas under the Blaiapanda police station of the pilgrimage town panicked at a bomb explosion at the stroke of midnight of Sunday. While no one was hurt or no damage of properties was reported, a police team began investigating the cause behind the blast.This was the third such incident in the area as antisocial elements have targeted the area.Locals said it is enmity between two groups pertaining to a land dispute in Chakrakota Lane. The latest blast took place between 1 am to 2 am near house of one Kasia Mahasuar. The sound was so huge that people in vicinity came out of sleep and a wave of fear spread in area.
