The State Government on Tuesday appointed three Advocates-on-Record to handle its cases in the Delhi High Court and tribunals. They are Soumyajit Pani, Somraj Choudhury and Shashank Vajpayee. According to a notification issued by the law Department, these three Advocates-on-record would handle cases on behalf of the State Government in the Delhi High Court and also in tribunals like the National Green Tribunal, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mines Tribunal and the Competition Tribunal.
