A 22-year-old girl who was preparing for competition examinations committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at her residdence at Katara Hills area; reason behind the suicide remained unknown, girl was facing depression said police.
The girl identified as Somya Raghuvanshi committed suicide at her residence and she was taken to hospital where she was declared dead.
In the investigation police have found that the deceased was facing mental disturbance as she developed a habit to doubt every one and would remain inside closing the doors for hours.
After completing her studies she was preparing for the UPSC examination. The study was going on but in between she developed a mental problem.
The police have not found any reason except her mental health was not well which might be a reason for suicide.
After the preliminary investigation body was sent for the post mortem. Police have registered a case and started investigation in the matter.
The statements of the family are yet to be recorded which would help in the further investigation to reveal reason behind the death.
Meanwhile body of a newborn was found in a farm at Rapadia village under Katara Hills area; the farm belongs to former councilor Kamta Patidar.
Dhaman Singh of Rapadia village, after spotting the newborn informed the police. The newborn baby boy was found dead.
